Law for the restoration of the professional civil service, as known as civil service law, a was a law passed by the national socialists regime on April 7th, 1933, 2 months after HItler attained power. This law for the restoration of the professional civil service is the 3rd steps fro Hitler to become a ultimate dictator in Germany.
This law re-established a "national" civil service and allowed tenured civi servants to be dismissed. Civil servants who were not of "Aryan descent" as well as opponents of the Nazi regime were forced to retire from the civil service. This meant that Jews and political opponents couldn't serve as teachers, professors, judges, or other government positions.
The persecution of Jewish people and non-aryan people was started with the law. Also, this was a law that forced people to join Hitler's power. And Hitler expended his political and social power by inserting fear into every social class.
