Description:
The Hitler Youth was a paramilitary organization by the Nazis that targeted the German male youth of ages 14-18. The organization lasted from 1922-1945 and was seen as an important step to future membership in the SS. The Hitler Youth was organized at the community level and members were taught Nazi doctrines to nurture radical and devoted future Nazi members for the future.

Role in Hitler's Consolidation of Power:
The Hitler Youth spread nationalism and Nazi beliefs into the young masses of the people. The organization continued to branch out throughout the years which influenced the ignorant to believe in Nazi ideals and aided in Hitler's propaganda of required militarism and state loyalty.
